Assessments & Reports

Connected Kids Occupational Therapy offer comprehensive and personalised assessments and reports. This process uses a combination of standardised and non-standardised assessments, clinical observation, parent/child interview and consultation with teachers and/or relevant health professionals.

Assessments commonly explore the following areas of development and consider how difficulties in these areas may impact a child's occupational performance and participation:

Sensory processing & integration
Fine & gross motor skills
Visual motor & visual perceptual skills
Social & play skills
Emotional regulation.

Therapy

Connected Kids Occupational Therapy provide intervention within clinic, home, school and community settings. Our approach to therapy is collaborative, personalised and evidence-based, drawing from a range of approaches.

Parent participation is encouraged throughout the therapy process, so that parents are provided with knowledge and skills to support their child's development.
